No Time for Spring Cleaning…no time for a garage sale? Join us for our 1st Annual Museum Treasure Hunt

Join us for this unique opportunity at the White Rock Museum. We are taking the expense, inconvenience and time commitment out of holding a garage sale at your home. For a nominal fee of $100.00 you may book a table, display and sell your treasures at the Museum for a two week period which includes three busy weekends in April. The best part is you don’t need to be here! How easy is that?

After reserving your table, all that you need to do is to price each of your items, bring them down to the Museum on the afternoon of April 4th, set up your table and display the items attractively. The best part is that there is no need for you to be on‐site during the sale! Of course, you may wish come down to the Museum at any time and replenish sold items or add other treasures which you may uncover as you continue your spring cleaning. All items purchased will be processed through our Museum Shop and we will retain a fee of 15% of each item purchased. At the end of the sale, you will be issued a cheque for the total amount of your sales less 15%.

To reserve your table, please contact Lauren Boni at 604.541.2222 or by email at Once your request has been received, we will tentatively hold a table for you and we will forward further information to you together with payment details.

If you don’t have sufficient items to fill a table and wish to donate items to the “Museum’s Table of Treasures” we will be gratefully accepting donations of quality items with all proceeds going directly to the White Rock Museum & Archives. Please contact Lauren with a description of the items you wish to donate.

Please note that all items for sale at this Treasure Hunt must be of good quality, clean and be able to fit either on top of or directly below a standard six foot table. Items of clothing are not permitted.

Don’t delay….book your table today and get a jump on your spring cleaning!
